Dr. Stokes is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and affiliated with the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management and the Environmental Studies Department at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her expertise includes energy, climate, and environmental politics; representation and public opinion; voting behavior; and public policy, particularly at the state level. Covering Climate Justice

Heather served as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Southeast Region under President Barack Obama and was a two-term Mayor of Greenville, Mississippi. She’s currently Climate Justice Liaison at the Environmental Defense Fund and Senior Advisory to Moms Clean Air Force. Her expertise includes environmental policy, public service, environmental justice, diversity, and community engagement. Covering Climate Solutions

Dr. Jonathan Foley, renowned environmental scientist, sustainability expert, and Executive Director of Project Drawdown, briefed journalists on the most promising solutions to climate change and took questions from reporters. From 2013 to 2016, Dr. Light helped to negotiate the Paris Agreement as a Senior Adviser and India Counselor to the U.S. Special Envoy on Climate Change, and as a climate adviser in the Secretary of State's Office of Policy Planning.
